WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development

Climate for Business Online Course Internship

Reaching Net Zero requires businesses to upskill at scale on Climate Action, yet accessing up-to-date, trusted, and actionable decarbonization guidance remains a significant challenge. To address this need, WBCSD is launching the Climate Foundations E-Learning Course in 2025. This high-quality, curated online course will provide businesses with a foundational learning journey to navigate the complexities of Net Zero. The course is designed to equip learners with practical tools and knowledge to tackle decarbonization challenges, covering critical climate pressures, emerging trends, and compelling business cases for action.

In addition to a self-paced learning option, WBCSD will offer a cohort-based edition to foster collaboration and networking among participants. This interactive format will include function-specific Masterclasses, enabling participants to hear from experts across various business functions—beyond sustainability—on how their roles directly contribute to achieving Net Zero. These elements aim to ensure a fully integrated operational approach to climate goals.

The Bekenstein intern at WBCSD will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering this cohort-based edition and Masterclasses, helping create an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants. Besides the Climate team, this intern will have the opportunity to interact with the WBCSD Education team, WBCSD member companies and content experts.
